Oblique GIS Imagery goes beyond what traditional Orthophotography can do.  Orthos give you a "straight-down" overview of an area.  While orthophotography still is very useful in many areas, oblique imagery allows you to accomplish additional GIS capabilities as well as offer a different perspective on your imagery.  Wayne County DHSEM purchased this oblique imagery for all of Wayne County from Pictometry with UASI Grant Funds.  Craig Witmer of Pictometry did a fantastic job helping us with this project.  To visit Pictometry's website, click here.
